Mother's Day and More
We had a great Mother's Day weekend! On Saturday, Trent took both kids to the mall and I had some much-treasured alone time. On Sunday, Elise wished me "Happy Mother's Day" about once an hour and also claimed that all her love was for me - very sweet. We also discovered a great hoagie restaurant. Ahhh... such excitement. In other news, Miles had his 2-mo doctor appointment this morning and weighed in at 14 lbs, 1 oz (24 inches long). So it's confirmed: the boy is HUGE! 95th percentile. And the doctor handled it pretty well when I told him that Miles sleeps on his stomach... Here is Elise at swimming lessons. We no longer have to get into the water with her. I love the new pics of "mommy" and her adorable children! (cute top, Linds). Also, Elise looks very comfortable in the water in her new suit!!
Maybe it'll be warm when you're in the midwest - we can always hope!!
Swim lesson outside? Hmmm...us in the midwest are clearly missing out. :) 14 pounds! Way to go Miles! Ava was 19 at her one year. :) Love the pics...Tell Elise Cal says hi!
